Our Aims

Social Chit Chat started at the beginning of February, 2007 in the sunshine of a warm London day. Since then we've recruited a number of volunteers here in the UK and abroad to help with our projects. Now we're one big happy family.

What makes us different?   

One of the words we like to use a lot here at Social Chit Chat is the word 'Fair'. We don't think it's fair that there are so many children missing out on basic human rights such as free education. So we're trying to make the world a fairer place by giving these children the chance to be educated and go on to support their communities through the life long gift of education.

But, no matter what project we work on, we stick to some very strict rules.

- We will always ensure that 100% of donations go towards our projects - not expensive TV ads!

- We will always develop projects with local communities - rather than imposing our ideas.

- We will always try to be 'Fair' and act in the interests of others. 

We have big goals for the future and with your help - we can get there.
